Nell Piper

Ms. Piper earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as the President of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Piper was also an Articles Editor for the Maryland Carey Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender & Class, and served as a student attorney in her law school’s Fair Housing Clinic. Ms. Piper was awarded the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievement and service to her law school.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Piper worked as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard R. Trunnell of the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. She also served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County where she prosecuted criminal cases in district court.
